  • Kris's Get Clean detox was by far the most simple and enjoyable detox I have ever done. Throughout the 4 weeks I enjoyed cooking so many different foods which made me feel alive! I lost 5kg and learnt so much from it. Such as; how much sugar (especially processed) badly effects your mind, sleep and energy levels when you eat it and how much better everything feels when you don’t! I had great support from Kris and loved every minute of it! My biggest problem before the detox was the amount of bread that I ate…now I barely touch it because I have found other ways to compensate and keep me full for longer to stop me just eating bread as an easy-fix meal!   • I first embarked on Kris’s “Get Clean Get Lean” program May 2011. I can honestly say, that with the support she gave, together with the food suggestions and exercise advice, it turned my life around. I lost 4kg which have stayed off and I have become much more mindful of my food choices. I now make the decision to get back in line with the detox programme each year, as it feels so good to do so.
