Protein Balls

These are super simple to make and a great alternative to a chocolate truffle or something sugary. They are loaded with protein, fibre, magnesium and flavour. Great post-workout snack too!

½ C Hulled Tahini

½ C Honey

½ C dessicated coconut

½ C LSA (ground Linseed, sunflower seeds and Almonds) or almond meal

1 C dried fruit (I use dates as they work well with almond, honey and tahini)

½ cup nuts – walnuts and almonds are my fave

Mix all together in a blender (don’t over blend). Roll into balls and toss lightly in coconut.

Store in fridge.
