Change / Cancel My Order

Please call us at (612) 9905 0137 immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologise for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.


We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite product, and then we’ll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket and during checkout. We will contact you via email if the date changes. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive. We will contact you via email if the item’s due date changes.

Postage and Handling

We ship orders using Australia Post.
 The majority of our shipments have a fixed delivery rate from $9.90 to $19.90 depending of the number of products purchased in Australia and New Zealand.
And $25 to any others countries available for delivery.

Freight is calculated upon checkout by Australia post. Freight is calculated depending on total weight, dimensions of an order, and location of the order. Please allow 1-3 working days for processing after the order is received, on top of the delivery times shown below. Delivery times depend on a parcel’s place of origin & its destination.

International Orders Shipping

Freight is calculated upon checkout by Australia Post. International orders are calculated based on weight and dimensions of the order. Please contact for pricing.

All orders are sent by regular International Air Mail. Tracking numbers are not available for orders sent via regular air mail. If you would like to be able to track your parcel then please request for the parcel to be sent Express Post International, the extra charges will then be applied to the customer. If the tracking option is not requested by the customer, and the customer does not choose to pay extra for this service will not be held accountable for any delays or incurred expanses that may arise.

We can send orders anywhere in the world by air post. Prices for overseas orders are in Australian dollars and are exempted from tax. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and we would suggest that you access the Australia Post site at and click on “international postage details“. Please ensure you read the import restrictions, documentation and prohibitions relating to the country of destination.
Delays may occur in overseas shipments due to different carriers, postal services, regulations and systems of different countries or unforeseen natural circumstances. has no control over nor will it be responsible for any such delays or for loss or damage occasioned to the goods whilst it is in transit.

We would recommend to our international customers that they consider insuring the goods whilst in transit and would request that at the time of placement of the order you confirm if you wish to meet the extra cost associated with insuring the goods against damage whilst in transit. is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applicable to orders delivered outside Australia.

Returns Policy

Our company is committed to providing a high quality standard of products and service. We endeavour to do our best to satisfy our customer provided the issues are under our control and will fully cooperate to assist with customer concerns. The following conditions will not be eligible for any credits, refunds or returns:

  • The products ordered were part of a promotion or special
  • If claims for defective products are not made within 14 days after receipt of goods (AUSTRALIA ONLY)
  • The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products
  • The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order
  • If there is a sudden change of price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the dollar fluctuation exchange rates.
