To keep things interesting you’ll receive a delicious recipe book. It’s full of meals that are quick, easy, and diverse, transitioning into the meal plan will be completely painless. All recipes are designed to boost your health, save you time, and help you reach your optimal weight—even if you’re as busy as the proverbial bee. There are also some great snack options, including my healthy chocolate brownies.
In each weekly email from me, you’ll get all the information you need to stay on track and meet your body’s needs. It doesn’t just ensure success during the program, but puts you on the path of sustained health even after the 6 weeks is up.

Weekly Skype Consult
To help you achieve success you will have a consult with me at the start of the program. I’ll help you get ready for the program and answer any questions you may have. Then once a week during the program, we will chat and check-in. You can ask questions, share your journey, get inspired, and I’ll keep you on track by setting weekly goals.
